A: The STAAR test measures a student’s mastery of the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) to ensure they are meeting academic standards.

A: The test consists of multiple-choice, short-answer, and extended constructed response questions.

STAAR Test 5th Grade Math

A: There are 34 questions, with a total of 42 points available.
