David Meshulam, Our Founder and CEO

A psychologist with a master’s in social psychology, David brings deep expertise in how people think and perform under pressure; insights that have shaped his lifelong approach to education and testing.

His test prep journey began in 1992, when he observed job candidates struggling with unfamiliar psychometric evaluations; tests that too often stood between them and their career goals. Over time, he recognized the same challenge in schools, where students faced high-stakes exams that shaped their futures just as strongly. “I realized that psychology should empower students to succeed, not stand as a barrier to their potential,” David reflects.

That belief became the foundation of TestPrep-Online’s mission: turning test anxiety into confidence through preparation that mirrors real testing conditions and builds lasting skills for success.

What began in 1992 as one psychologist’s commitment to leveling the playing field has grown into TestPrep-Online, a leader in test preparation. Founded as the Noam Institute to help job seekers succeed on complex psychometric evaluations, we expanded in 2012 to support students and their families facing rigorous exams that shape access to advanced programs and future opportunities.
